A lot of us have self made and self built walls all around us. Walls that cannot be put down by anyone except us. These walls are usually unforgiveness, hurt, pain, bitterness, all minimal emotions. Trust me, they are pretty strong walls.
Just imagine that you have a disease and you know the particular drug or the one doctor that will cure you from it and yet you deny yourself perfect health, insisting on not doing those things because of reasons best known to you. That is what a lot of us do to our hearts unconsciously. You deny your heart love, joy, peace amongst all because you don't want to give it its medicine. What will cure your heart from that long term disease, that long term pain and hurt? What will give you the perfect wholeness that you have been waiting for? I'm sure you know the drug. I'm sure you know that one thing you need to do. For me it was forgiveness. I needed to let go of that hurt that disease was making me go through because I was fed up. I was. I was tired of being in pains every single day. I have a conviction in my heart that you feel that way too but there are a lot of fears. Will my life be normal again? You would agree with me that a particular disease makes us used to a somethings in a defined way. You might be used to your mood swings and your anger at every singe thing. but I can assure that there is a far way better life waiting for you only if u let go. Only if you break that wall yourself. Let go of that person, of that situation because that wall just keeps you from getting somewhere, from achieving the next victory, from loving and we need these things in our lives. We really do!
We continue to be slaves to our emotions once we refuse to acknowledge that some things are in the past and we should just let them remain where they belong. There is really no need for you to go into your future so blessed, so glorious with whatever you know is holding you back. you might not see now how bright that future is now. Control that disease so it doesn't control you.
This is just me telling you that your heart needs to be made right. Break your self built walls.
