For you!

We all have days when we feel more emotional. Different things could cause this. A difficult roommate or friend, a situation that seems to have lingered for too long. It could be a flash back from your past or those dreaded days when you feel the hurt, pain or guilt again. There could be so many reasons why.
When there are situations like that, the first thing to do is not blame anyone for your feelings. You are totally responsible. Jonatan Martensson once said, "feelings are like waves, we can't stop them from coming, but we can choose which one to surf. Make up your mind to disallow your feelings control you. you do not have to act the exact way you feel.
Joyce Meyer said, Unbridled emotions might be compared to a little child who wants to have and do everything, but does not understand the dangers of some of those things present. the parent must control the child, or he or she will sure hurt himself and others. We must parent our emotions. We must train them to serve us so we don't become their slave.
If you are ready to master your emotions, say this with me and mean it. "I choose to do what is right no matter how I feel".
